“Tourists in the first capsule hotel in Southwest China‘s Chongqing municipality chat with fellow guests on Nov 22, 2012. In a room less than 20 square meters, ten space capsule shaped rooms on two floors are equipped with a TV, mirror, foldable desk and clean bedding. The hotel also provides kitchen equipment, washing machine and wireless Internet in the public area. The hotel opened at the beginning of November and rooms cost 55 yuan ($8.8) per night, reduced to 38 yuan for an opening promotion. [Photo/Xinhua]”

This is absolutely great! Who needs lavish suites while travelling? Well, actually most people demand it so, there will still be full-fledged Hotels. However mini capsule rooms are an awesome idea for ecologists and humans that care more about site seeing than how beautiful or expansive their temporary room is. Looking forward to seeing more capsule hotels around the world!
